Alec Carden is an Associate Attorney at Middlebrook | Group, PLLC, specializing in transactional law.  Alec assists clients with real property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, property development, nonprofit mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and governance structures. 

Prior to joining Middlebrook | Group, Alec was an associate at a law firm in Dallas, Texas, where he assisted real estate developers, landlords, tenants, and real estate private equity firms with various matters, such as acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, property development, and real estate joint ventures. 

Alec is originally from North Texas, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs.
