Ally Haefner is a Senior Attorney at Middlebrook | Group, PLLC, specializing in transactional law and crisis management. She works closely with clients to creatively problem-solve through complex challenges, whether in crisis situations, internal investigations, or strategic business decisions. Ally assists clients with nonprofit mergers and acquisitions, as well as helping them develop optimal organizational structures tailored to their entities and missions. Her approach focuses on offering innovative solutions to ensure long-term success and sustainability.

Before joining Middlebrook | Group, Ally's practice was centered on mergers and acquisitions, where she negotiated, drafted, and reviewed transaction contracts. She also advised clients on employment-related matters, drafted employment contracts, statements of work, service agreements, and provided counsel on civil litigation, including preparing court pleadings and handling discovery.

Ally’s diverse background also includes experience in student ministries at a church in Arkansas, where she oversaw adult volunteers, coordinated small groups, and planned retreats. This foundation, combined with her legal expertise, enables her to bring a unique perspective to helping clients navigate their most pressing needs and challenges.

Ally lives in Texas, with her husband and four daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, and exploring new local restaurants.
