Michael Smith serves as Director of Operations at The Church Lawyers working with staffing, operations, and development. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Mississippi College and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Michael was on staff at Bethany Church in Baton Rouge, LA from 1992 through 2006 serving as Associate Pastor and CFO. He has been on staff at ARC (Association of Related Churches) since 2006 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He and Stacy have been married for 30 years.
