Sara McQuillen is an Associate Attorney at Middlebrook | Group, PLLC, specializing in transactional law and crisis management.  

Sara collaborates with clients to find thoughtful, practical solutions to a wide range of organizational needs.  Whether supporting internal reviews, helping navigate day-to-day challenges, or offering guidance on planning and growth, she brings a steady and supportive presence.  She also works with nonprofits on mergers, transitions, and structuring their teams and operations in ways that reflect their goals and values.  Sara’s focus is on helping organizations build strong foundations for long-term success.

Before joining Middlebrook | Group, Sara was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of a national law firm, where she worked on a broad mix of litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters, with a particular emphasis on environmental issues.  She gained significant experience with real property matters, contract drafting and negotiation, and managing due diligence efforts across a variety of projects.  Her work also included advising clients on compliance and helping them navigate legal processes with clarity and care.

She lives in Texas with her husband and three children.
