Wendi Hodges is a Partner at Middlebrook | Group, PLLC, specializing in transactional law, risk mitigation, and crisis management. With a wealth of experience across diverse legal fields—including corporate, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, employment, contract law, and conflict resolution—Wendi is dedicated to crafting innovative solutions tailored to meet her clients' unique challenges. Her expertise extends to conducting internal investigations and navigating complex governmental inquiries.

Having initially joined Mr. Middlebrook’s firm as a law clerk in 2005, Wendi has extensive experience in representing nonprofit organizations.  She is committed to providing strategic guidance that empowers clients to tackle sensitive and urgent issues while maintaining compliance with legal standards. Leveraging her creative approach, she transforms obstacles into opportunities, ensuring her clients achieve optimal outcomes in their legal matters.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Wendi resides with her husband and their three children in Texas. She is proud to share that her eldest is a cadet at the Air Force Academy, where he will also play football—a testament to her family's commitment to service and excellence.
